Shopware Rise builds on the Community Edition and, according to the manufacturer, adds Shopware Intelligence, 3D features, unlimited sales channels and support directly from Shopware with an eight-hour service response time.

Shopware Rise
According to Shopware, Rise starts at €600 per month plus VAT. The exact price depends on your shop's gross merchandise value (GMV) and other individual factors. When booking, you enter your expected GMV for the coming year, and your offer is based on it.
Under Shopware's Fair Usage Policy, in effect since 24 March 2025, an annual GMV above €1 million requires a plan – Rise, Evolve or Beyond – to keep access to the Shopware Account and the Shopware Store. Below this threshold no plan is needed, but GMV is reported at least once a year. GMV is based on net values including shipping costs. Returns do not reduce it, discounts do, and taxes are excluded.
Rise includes everything in the Community Edition and, according to Shopware, adds Custom Products, returns management, Social Commerce, premium themes, the AI features of Shopware Intelligence, a 3D viewer for Shopping Experiences, and sharing of flows and rules, among others. Support tickets are handled Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm German time, with a response time of 8 hours.
From Shopware 6.7.1.0, you book Rise directly in the Administration under Settings › System › Shopware Plans. You need a company in your Shopware Account, a registered shop with a matching license domain and a stored payment method. The Shopware Commercial extension unlocks the features: it is preinstalled in the cloud, and in self-hosted shops you install it under Extensions › My extensions. Under Shopware's terms and conditions, the minimum term for Rise, Evolve and Beyond is 24 months unless agreed otherwise. The contract then renews for the same period, up to 24 months, unless it is terminated in writing six months before it ends. The term stated in your offer is binding.
