Product information "Order Overview Professional for Shopware 6"
Every order detail in one list
Order Overview Professional for Shopware 6 extends the order overview in the administration with additional columns, further filters and a total for the filtered orders.
The benefit shows in everyday work. Anyone who wants to know which orders from a particular manufacturer were invoiced last quarter, and what they add up to, currently clicks through individual orders or runs an export. With the additional columns and filters, the same information is right there in the list – including net and gross totals above the overview.
Your benefits with Order Overview Professional
- Fewer clicks per enquiry: 26 additional columns bring details into the list that would otherwise require opening the individual order.
- More precise filtering: Six additional filters, plus multiple selection in all standard selection filters.
- Totals without an export: The total of the filtered orders appears as a net and gross value above the overview.
- Visibility by role: The display of totals can be granted or withdrawn per user role.
- Search by item: Search by product numbers, with wildcards if required.
- Usable without setup effort: The plugin works after installation without further configuration.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to configure the plugin?
Not for basic operation. After installation and activation, the additional columns and filters are available. The only thing to set up is the role permission, if not all users should see the revenue totals.
How do I control who sees the totals?
Via Settings → System → Users and permissions. In the relevant role, the additional permission for displaying the total and net amount is granted or withdrawn.
Do I need Magnalister to use the plugin?
No. The Magnalister column and the corresponding filter only appear if the Magnalister plugin is active. All other features are independent of it.
Which Shopware version does the plugin require?
Shopware 6.4.20.0 to 6.7.12.2. Installation runs through the Extensions area in the administration.

Order Overview FAQ
The plugin extends the list settings with 25 additional fields. These include the document numbers for invoice, delivery note, credit note and cancellation invoice, invoice and payment date, tracking codes, shipping costs with net, VAT and tax rate details, weight, net amount and VAT rates, customer number and customer group, VAT IDs, the address fields street, postcode and city, order language, manufacturer, products, tags and the name of the payment method. Which columns are visible, in which order they appear and how wide they are is saved in the browser, so every employee keeps their own view at their workstation.
Use the Product number filter, which searches for character strings. If you enter SYN, for example, all orders containing products whose number contains SYN are shown, whether at the beginning, at the end or in the middle of the number. This filter can be combined with the others: manufacturer, presence of a VAT ID for the customer, and date ranges for invoice date and delivery note date. This lets you narrow down to, say, orders from one manufacturer whose invoice was created last month.
Above the order overview, the total amount of the currently filtered orders is shown as a gross and a net value. It follows your filtering, so you immediately see the sum of the narrowed-down selection. Whether an employee sees these amounts is controlled via roles: under Settings → System → Users & permissions, you activate or deactivate the permission “Display of order total amount and net amount” for each role.
If you work with your own roles, under “Detailed privileges” grant read access for customer_group, product, product_manufacturer, property_group, property_group_option, property_group_option_translation, property_group_translation and plugin, the latter so that the plugin can check whether Magnalister is active. swag_language_pack_language is optional. If these permissions are missing, individual columns or filters remain empty.
