Product information "Delivery Times Professional for Shopware 6"
Delivery times per channel, product and destination
Shopware stores exactly one delivery time per product. As soon as you run several sales channels or ship to different countries, that is often not enough: one warehouse ships faster than another, one channel uses a different carrier, and distant regions take longer.
With Delivery Times Professional you control the displayed delivery time on three levels: as a default per sales channel, overridden per product where needed, and optionally extended by a surcharge per country zone. The delivery time field on the product stays untouched – the extension affects the display, not your product data.
Your benefits with Delivery Times Professional
- Fitting instead of blanket: Each sales channel gets its own default rather than one value for the whole shop.
- Exceptions without rework: Individual products can deviate per channel without you changing the product data.
- Realistic for distant countries: A surcharge per country zone extends the estimate for the destinations concerned.
- All the way to the order confirmation: The delivery time is stored on the order line item and is available in the order, the confirmation email and the customer account.
- Your product data stays untouched: The delivery time field on the product is not changed.
Features at a glance
Default per sales channel
A global default delivery time applies to all channels and can be overridden per channel. Active sales channels with a domain are loaded; if another one goes live, it appears automatically.
Delivery time per product and channel
In the product view you choose per channel between the delivery time from the product, the channel default and a custom delivery time. Variants inherit the entry of their parent product unless they have one of their own.
Country zones with a surcharge
Countries are grouped into zones such as “EU” and “World”. Per sales channel you define a delay with a value, a unit and a scope of application.
How the delivery time is resolved
The selected mode determines the base delivery time, and the surcharge of the destination zone is added on top. On the delivery line this happens for logged-in customers based on the delivery country; guests see the base delivery time.
Display controlled per sales channel
The delivery time in the cart and mini cart as well as the link “Show delivery times by country” on the product page can be switched on and off per channel.
Snippet for the order confirmation
A ready-made snippet for the email template is available in the configuration and can be copied with a button.

Delivery Times Professional FAQ
The decisive factor is the mode that you set per channel in the product view, in the “Delivery time per sales channel” card. With “Custom delivery time”, the value selected there applies; with “Sales channel default”, the channel's default applies. In the default state, every channel is set to “Product delivery time”: the Shopware delivery time stored in the product then applies and, if none is set there, the channel default, provided the “Fall back to sales-channel default” switch is active, which is also the default state. The surcharge of the target zone is then added on top of this basis. Variants adopt the entry of their main product as long as nothing of their own is stored for the variant.
No. The delivery time field on the product remains stored unchanged; the extension only affects the display in the Storefront. For an order, the displayed delivery time is additionally recorded on the order line item. Existing orders are therefore not changed retroactively.
Without logging in, no delivery address and therefore no destination country is known. Guests therefore see the delivery time without the zone surcharge; as soon as a customer is logged in, the surcharge of the matching zone is taken into account based on the delivery country. The optional country overview on the product page shows the delivery times per country regardless of login.
Yes. The delivery time is stored in the payload of each order line item and is therefore available in the order, in the order confirmation, in the customer account view and via the API. For the email template, the extension provides a ready-made snippet that you copy using a button in the configuration and insert within the loop over the order line items. The heading comes from a translatable snippet.
